Summary

The DBM Executive is responsible for overall management of campaign completion & Successful closure of the campaigns. Interact with BDM’s/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that data is extracted as per the campaign requirements
  • Ensure whatever work is allocated is completed on time since we have very tight schedule for deliveries.
  • He/she should be able to interact with BDM’s/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries
  • Follow up with multiple departments from Campaign Launch to Successful closure of the campaigns.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly lead gen activity reports to management.
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
  • Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Preferred candidates with 2+ years of experience from B2B Lead Generation industry
  • QA experience from B2B Lead Generation Industry is a plus

Desired Profile

  • Decent English communication
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good understanding of campaign specifications (Industry type, job titles, etc)
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
  • Should have good knowledge of Lead Generation processes
  • Time management skills
