Summary
The DBM Executive is responsible for overall management of campaign completion & Successful closure of the campaigns. Interact with BDM’s/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries
Responsibilities
- Ensure that data is extracted as per the campaign requirements
- Ensure whatever work is allocated is completed on time since we have very tight schedule for deliveries.
- He/she should be able to interact with BDM’s/Account Managers for Campaign related Queries
- Follow up with multiple departments from Campaign Launch to Successful closure of the campaigns.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly lead gen activity reports to management.
- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Required to suggest process improvements/efficiencies for the sub-process or for the entire process
Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate
- Preferred candidates with 2+ years of experience from B2B Lead Generation industry
- QA experience from B2B Lead Generation Industry is a plus
Desired Profile
- Decent English communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good understanding of campaign specifications (Industry type, job titles, etc)
- Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline
- Should have good knowledge of Lead Generation processes
- Time management skills
